Platanos Maduros Fritos

Ingredients:
Ripe Plantains
Frying oil
Prep:
Allow the plantains to fully ripen, basically until they turn almost fully black. If you buy yellow plantains, this will usually take about 5-7 days,
Directions:
Peel the plantains and cut at an angle for longer slices
Add at least an inch of oil into a frying pan and bring to a medium-high heat
Fry the plantains until they turn golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove and dry on paper towels
Serve immediately
Notes & Comments:
I personally like to fry the plantains until they edges burn slightly and get crispy.

PLATANOS MADUROS FRITOS
Pele el platano y cortelo en lascas largas. Frialas en la sarten con aproximadamente una pulgada de grasa caliente, haste que se doren bien. Escurralos sobre un papel absorbente.
